Appropriate, clean attire is required. Funway reserves the right to modify the dress code guidelines for any reason, including or due to local or seasonal conditions or special events.

Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. Clothes that drag on the ground are prohibited.

Visible tattoos that could be considered inappropriate, such as those containing objectionable language or designs are not permitted.

We do not allow clothing which exposes underwear or excessive portions of the skin, which may be viewed as inappropriate in a family environment.

No perceived evidence of gang affiliation.

We reserve the right to deny entry to or remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other Guests.

Smoking marijuana or other illegal substances is not permitted at any time. The smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce vapor or smoke is allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas.

Loitering on the premises or in the adjacent parking areas is prohibited.

Food and beverage not prepared or served by Funway are prohibited.

No alcoholic beverages can be brought into Funway. Alcoholic beverages purchased at Funway may not leave the premises and are not permitted in the roller rink.

Alcoholic beverages purchases require a horizontal Driver’s License.

Only one beverage may be purchased at a time by each guest showing proof of age.

We reserve the right to deny alcoholic beverages to any guest at any time.

We reserve the right to remove any person from the facility who appears to be intoxicated.
